All custom case sales are FINAL, because they are custom the order is non-cancellable non-returnable, please verify all dimensions with your sales representative. All bicycle travel case sales are final, we cannot take back a case, so please ask all questions before hand. (Exchange only if we shipped the wrong case, no exchange or returns at all after 7 days no matter the case). No returns and all sales are final on bicycle Cases (all models). We will take back or exchange a case that we shipped yAll dimensions discussed either over the phone or through email, once confirmed by the customer will be final on customs. We can make exchanges on some standard products, but the freight charges are always non-refundable. Delta Cases is not responsible for individual freight, airline size and weight requirements from various carriers. Please check with either your intended freight company or airline for weight and size requirements. We cannot tell you what the individual size and weight requirements are for all the carriers or airlines.
All Case orders must be pre-paid by either a credit card (Visa, M/C, Amex, Government IMPAC Card, Corporate purchasing card). We only accept company checks if sent in advance of the order shipping and clear on time.. The order will be entered to be manufactured after the payment funds have cleared. WE DO OFFER TERMS FOR GOVERNMENT ORDERS BEING PROCESSED THROUGH THE SOLICITATION PROCESS. WE (WE ARE REGISTERED IN THE CCR DATA BASE, AND CAN PARTICIPATE IN ALL STATE AND GOVERNMENT NETWORK SOLICITATIONS. WE ARE ALSO REGISTERED WITH WAWF, ORCA, ASFI, AND EDA. No C.O.Ds. If you are a Gov't agency please ask for our CAGE or DUNS for quoting.. Any disputed charge sent back to Delta Cases through merchant services will be subject to a 4% charge above original purchase price including any extra shipping charge". Freight charges are never refundable,and if there is an exchange it must be made before a 15-30 day period of your original order..
SHIPPING, CLAIMS, REPAIR RETURNS AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILTY WAIVERS:
UPS, FEDEX or other ground service carriers do not guarantee a specific day when specifying ground service. Allow 7-10 working days for delivery. All the freight carriers will no longer make guarantees for delivery even on air service. Please be aware that If Delta Cases shipped the case when they promised via the method they promised, the Air service or expedited carrier can still delay the case because of weather and other carrier issues. We are not responsible for those issues and your freight is not refundable and the case is not cancellable if it does not arrive because of a carrier related issue. A tracking number will not always be available for every shipment only on certain items. The end user pays all shipping charges on Warranty returns. Any product received by the end user that is damaged on delivery needs to be claimed directly with the freight company. If you are sending a case back for repair, contact our sales department with a description of the damage, they will give you the cost and you will need to wait for a return number and address to ship to for repair. Prepayment required also for repairs. For City Office building deliverys, the customer is responsible for all charges for "Inside delivery required". Freight charges are not refundable for any returns. Handling charges will apply on all orders and extra fees may apply for Military Base or Government facility deliveries.. These are charged to us by the carriers..
We are not responsible for damage to a case while in use by a customer. You will need to make a claim with your used carrier (freight or airline, truck etc.) for any damages that are the responsibility of the freight carrier or end customer.. Cases in stock can ship within a 24-hour period after receipt of order, not always and not guaranteed. Standard timeframe is 2-3 days to ship out. Custom order delivery dates will be given to you by a sales associate and may vary.
For Standard Cases Repair / Warranty are sent directly back to the factory of the product purchased. The manufactures of the Delta Cases product lines carry their own warranty. No returns on cases unless we made a part number error, not sizing error. No returns because the customer simply did not like the case. Please be sure you are ordering what you need and the size. Please ask for more information. We are not responsible for damage to a bicycle while using one of our distributed bicycle travel cases; you must contact the airline or the freight carrier with your claim. A recommendation of a certain bicycle case is only a suggestion of style based on the what the customer wants in a case, not a guarantee that the bike will not be damaged. No returns on bicycle cases, in some situations we can make an exchange.
